Welcome Frank. It's been a while since I've done much on this site, but it seems to slowly be finding new members. I'd appreciate any feedback you have. I'm hoping for a point where Ning makes it easy to allow the community to contribute to my lists and reviews.

Why local and/or organic food matters to me:
Simply because my ancestors evolved eating food not covered with chemicals nor pumped full of hormones and antibiotics. To continue to evolve, we should eat that way today.
